Mark has helped many people overcome various health problems and issues.
He offers a "one to one" consolation, taking a holistic approach, to establish what may be
required. He will give an honest and plainly spoken opinion and
give advice. Recommendations are likely to include all or some of,
acupuncture sessions, Qi Gong exercises and Tai Chi Practice.
The Chinese approach which has been used
successfully by the Chinese for 1000.s of years can be used as an alternative to or
in conjunction with Western medicine.
As an ongoing method of keeping the mind and body
healthy, the Chinese traditionally practice the art of Tai Chi. Tai Chi, some times
referred to as Chinese Yoga, is a gentle health promotion series of
exercises based on Kung Fu. People of all ages and stages of fitness can benefit from learning and practising Tai Chi.
Mark, with help from a small team of
instructors, runs Tai Chi classes in Hastings and Bexhill.
These classes are open to all and welcomes beginners. You will learn from the start to practise to use Tai and Qi Gong.
From your first day you will start to understand the benefits and
how you can take control of and improve your overall health.
