Although learning Tai Chi can be attempted
from books and DVDs, it is nearly impossible acquire the internal and
postural skills, which offer the true benefits of Tai Chi, without a good
teacher.
The Hastings and Bexhill Group Tai Chi Classes are open to all, young and
old, beginners to the accomplished and various physical abilities

A typical
class session will usually start with a gentle warm up of Qi Gong
exercises, which in their selves are good for your health.
An insight and practice to assist in acquiring to the deeper meaning and
benefits of Tai Chi.
Learning and
practicing the Tai Chi form (the moves).
The style of Tai
Chi you will be learning is known as "Long Yang".
This is a gentle exercise that improves mobility, flexibility, increases
energy levels and brings the mind and body to work harmoniously together.
